In-house fabrication changes how heavy industrial work is done. It moves labor into a controlled shop environment, improves fit-up, tightens cost control and helps protect the critical path in the field. Our three fabrication shops are built to put those advantages to work on demanding projects.
For years, fabrication meant moving component production and assembly off-site before field installation. Pipe, steel and equipment assemblies were built, secured and held until the job was ready for them. That approach still works because it reduces site congestion, limits exposure and helps crews install work with fewer handoffs and fewer surprises.
Today, we apply that same proven approach with greater control, sophisticated technologies and increased capacity. We self-perform pipe, metal and electrical fabrication for heavy industrial work across the United States and Canada. We serve many industries — aviation; power; oil, gas and chemicals; government and military; and manufacturing and industrial — with work built for production and built to hold up.
We run fabrication with a project controls system that gives real-time visibility from drafting and pricing through scheduling and production. We also self-perform heat treating, blasting, painting and assembly in-house, giving our teams tighter control over schedule, quality and fit before work ever reaches the site.
Cobots: Bringing Innovation
When cobots take on the everyday, it frees our craft and craft hours for doing the more complex welds that make our fabrication shop more valuable on our projects.

Pipe Fabrication
Our shops complete pipe fabrication in a range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys. Our skilled craft can assemble the completed components on-site, making the work in the field more efficient. Our project capabilities include fabrication of components with pipe diameters ranging from a half inch to 90 inches, with capacity for up to 600 spools per week, and just-in-time scheduling so you can count on delivery at your project site, improve safety and control costs.
Metal Fabrication
Our metal fabrication and modular construction shop offers streamlined processes and consistent quality for projects across numerous industries. The shop features two 10-ton cranes with 20-foot hook-to-floor clearance, as well as a robotic structural steel plasma cutter that cuts, copes, notches and splits beams, dramatically reducing project timelines. The system is designed for materials and products to flow through the shop seamlessly and get to the project site. The shop’s individual bays focus on various parts of the fabrication process, from plate and structure processing to assembly to blasting, painting, and assembly of skids and components. If it’s made of metal, we can make it.
Electrical Fabrication
Pipe and metal fabrication may be standard practice, but electrical and instrumentation prefabrication are not. We bring that work into the shop with the same field-driven mindset, using skilled electrical craft to bend conduit, build assemblies and prepare materials for efficient installation on-site. Everything is labeled, organized and shipped ready for the work ahead. We also fabricate custom sheet metal electrical enclosures — such as power skids before power hits your project site — and specialty steel to support the job from shop floor to field.
Helical Pile Foundations
We fabricate helical piles to install at industrial project sites, providing a cost-effective foundation option. Helical pile foundations can help shorten schedules and increase long-term durability for large-scale industrial work.
