Recycled Paper Plant Piping Prefabrication & Installation

Project Summary

Our team is fabricating and installing stainless steel pipe at a new paper mill being built in Green Bay. It will use 100% recycled fiber, add mixed paper and double the capacity of its existing old corrugated paper containers (OCC) plant.

The process includes a robust recycling process focused on forming technology and size press technology to apply strength-enhancing chemistry to the products, allowing for performance increases.

The piping work includes fabricating and installing 19,000 linear feet of stainless steel pipe for a new Effluent Treatment Plant and 53,500 linear feet of stainless steel pipe for the OCC facility.
