Our team fabricated and installed stainless steel pipe at a new paper mill built in Green Bay. It uses 100% recycled fiber, adds mixed paper and doubles the capacity of its existing old-corrugated paper containers (OCC) plant.
The process included a robust recycling process focused on forming technology and size press technology to apply strength-enhancing chemistry to the products, allowing for performance increases.
The piping work included fabricating and installing 19,000 linear feet of stainless steel pipe for a new effluent treatment plant (ETP) and 53,500 linear feet of stainless steel pipe for a new recycled paper plant.
