Employees can contribute a percentage of pre-tax earnings to a traditional 401(k) plan or after-tax earnings to a Roth 401(k) plan. AZCO provides a match for employees who defer a percentage of their earnings in their 401(k).

The plan allows pre-tax contributions toward a Health Savings Account (HSA). Unused portions of HSAs can be rolled over from year to year and into retirement, which can help cover out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with the terms of the plan.
The life insurance plan covers a basic policy in the amount of one times an employee’s annual salary, at no cost to the employee. Employees have the ability to buy additional coverage for themselves, spouses and dependent children.
We offer three different medical plan options to meet the varying needs of our employee population. Under all the medical plans, you have the freedom to use any physician, located in any area; however, to receive the maximum benefits under the plan, physicians should be chosen from a network of participating providers. You may also use a doctor that is not in the network and receive reduced, out-of- network benefits.
The Personal Time Off (PTO) program allows full-time, reduced full-time, and part-time employee-owners to take time off work with pay. Time charged to PTO may include illnesses, vacation or any other reason an employee-owner may have for taking time off work.
Short-term disability coverage replaces 100% of an employee’s wage during an approved short-term disability. Voluntary long-term disability coverage can be elected to replace 50% or 60% of an employee’s pre-disability earnings.
AZCO recognizes the value of external training programs, encouraging employees to take and track them for internal recognition. We also emphasize and support continued learning through professional training and conferences. Employees may also qualify for our tuition assistance reimbursement program.
