Urea Production - Dakota Gasification Center

Project Summary

Our team completed mechanical work for a gasification plant urea project, including installation of 58,000 linear feet of pipe ranging from a half-inch to 30 inches in diameter. We set, aligned and grouted over 50 pieces of equipment, erected and detailed 1,100 tons of steel, and installed 1,800 linear feet of ductwork.  

The plant was tied into an existing gasification facility and the urea side produces 1,100 tons of urea daily with the ability to shift production to diesel exhaust fluid as needed.
