Paper Machine Piping Installation

Project Summary

AZCO installed piping for a new Valmet TAD paper machine to produce Brawny paper towels. Our team fabricated and installed 52,804 linear feet of large-bore stainless steel pipe, mostly schedule 10 stainless steel. We also installed approximately 57,000 LF of small-bore stainless steel pipe and 15,000 linear feet of machine tubing. Our team was also responsible for installation of pumps, slurry, pulp, vacuum and water, as well as setting prefabricated tanks.
