Airport Fuel System Equipment & Piping Installation

Project Summary

Our team installed critical equipment and piping for direct feed capital improvements for the fueling facility at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The initiative is part of an overall effort to eliminate two underground storage tanks.

Installation included a 30,000-gallon fuel storage tank, a standby generator and more than 5,000 linear feet of piping to the bulk fuel facility and airside fuel facility, which pressurized fuel coming from the bulk facility to the terminals. AZCO also installed new pumps, filter separators and sump separators, as well as built the electrical enclosure.
