Our team assisted with facility improvements at an international airport bulk jet-A fuel storage facility. We provided tank demolition, new tank installation, pipe fabrication and metal fabrication for the project.
Two 20,000-barrel and one 41,000-barrel jet fuel storage tanks were demolished and replaced with three new 60,000-barrel tanks.
We fabricated and delivered 20-, 8- and 6-inch fuel piping and fire foam piping, work that included coatings, bolts, hardware and anchor rods.
We also fabricated and coated utility truss racks, pipe supports, cable tray towers, fire water support steel, crossover stairs and platforms, as well as fabricated electrical racks, EFSO columns and HCTS support steel racks.
